Error405

Whenever I log on to my Online Banking and I want to check other activities other than my account balance I get this message without being able to see anything else.

405 Method not allowed.

The method specified in the request line is not allowed for the resource indentified by the request. Please ensure that you have the proper MYME type setup fot the resource you are requesting

Please help me, this error message is driving me crazy!!!
