When I try to start my computer, the windows page comes up then there is nothing but the clouds background...no files, nothing. It will not recognize software in the drive. If I start it up on "safe mode" it will repeatedly run scan disk and only get half way before starting over then go to the clouds again but in safe mode grey. Can my computer be saved???

Hi,

you might have a bad hard drive or a corrupted Operating system.I would check to see how much it would cost to do a disaster recovery on your hard drive If its not your hard drive, I would consider maybe re-loading my operating system.
