Create a new boot disk

Hi, i have a problem with my floppy drive it works at the start and the usuall noise comes on but it wont detect the boot disk. and so i can get my d:/ working this all happened after a format. and so i can get into windows becasuse of a bypass by removing my hard drive and adding it into a mates computer to upload win 98.

Any help would be good Thanks .Matt.

Hi,

since your floppy disk is working ok, I would suggest creating a new

boot disk.Start,settings,control panel,double click add/remove

programs,click the startup disk and create disk.
