Since then, whenever the MOUSE goes off-screen and returns to the screen,it turns into a black box and freezes the computer. Then we have to re-start the computer. We have returned our computer to the dealer but they have been unsucessful in solving the problem

Hi Paul,

I would first try hitting cntl alt delete. If this doesn't work try a

new mouse and driver, or try a different driver with your current mouse I've known friends that have tried using a mouse with a cyrix processor and havn't had any luck.If you are using a cyrix processor, trade it in for either an AMD or Intel Processor.I have had friends

have the same kind of problem you are Once they traded in their cyrix processors for intel or AMD processors they no longer had processor problems.
