Might be a corrupted temp file

When I tell my computer to shut down, it just sits there on the Windows is shutting down screen. This is happening on all the Windows 95 Version 4.00.950 (B) It is OEM Service Release 2. I typed a patch in on one of the computers, but can't remember what I did. Can you help me?

There is a lot of different solutions In most cases, its nothing more than a corrupt temporary file.delete all files from C:\windows\temp and reboot the pc chances are this will fix your shutdown problem ALso make sure that you have installed all of the critical updates from Microsoft
