IE 5 freezes

Hello, I have a question, While I am on the internet, I use IE 5.0 and when I am clicking on a link or something that opens up a new window, it WONT OPEN!!! it just freezes and wont open up the window!!!

what in the heck happened!! this hasn't always done this, and it happens with EVERY web page!!!

please help me!!!!!

You need to go to the start button and at the top ofthe start menu you will find Windows Update Click on Windows Update and download all the patches and updates for your computer There are newer versions fo IE and they want you using the latest versions When you decide to keep the old stuff your computer will give you problems.
