Hi,

You make the decision here are the differences Between XP home and XP Professional:

1 XP home setup process is all encompassed into one command, per say.

2 simultaneous file sharing connections supported-five with home

edition and ten with professioanl edition.

3 professional edition supports domains for added security and management Domain level network management software can't be used with home edition.

4 professional edition adds levels of access to shared files and folders beyond the basic access supported by the home edition For ex: you can control which users have access to files and how many users can have simultaneous access.

5.with professional edition you can manually setup and manage IP security, with protection for protocals, including L2TP
