You did not mention if you have always had this problem or if it is something new happening to your monitor You can get help in the help menu click START, click help, on the index tab type screen

I also found information on a web site that talks about

ZOOM FULL SCREEN States if you want Full Screen Mode (stretch) press CLRL F8 Clicking this will change the entire monitor screen in a viewing area and will increase the zoom factor so that an image will fill the entire screen.

CTRL F9 will change the entire monitor screen in a viewing area and will increase or decrease the zoom factor so that the entire image is viewable on the screen If the image is small it will appear in the center of the screen with a blasck back ground filling in the rest of the screen

A third alternative may be for you to get all the Windows Updates and patches online in the Windows Update of the Start Menu This will give you the latest drivers that just may solve your problem Good Luck!
