I think..., upgrading is appropriate..well i have an assus a7v133 motherboard with a Duron 1300 mghz prossessor(yes i bought a propper heatsink and fan for proper cooling) an 8 gig hard drive for my os to be installed on and an 20 gig for everthing else...i bought a gforce 4 64mb agp video card, then I added a cd burner a dvd drive as well as a zip drive but i figured that i should get all that connected at another time so i just connected my harddrive(8 gig) my video a good power supply and it started up...sort of...the fans turn the one on the cpu and the one on the VIDEO CARD wich i find strange that all those parts will respond but i get no bios beeps or any responce from my my monitor its like its on but its not...ive tried almost every piece in a differnt machine to verify that they work so i am pretty stumped...could someone help me...or just send a responce???

Thank you

Bobby Leighton
