My sister has a older pentium computer with an internal modem that came with the computer. The modem worked from the start with no problems. Then she started to uninstall casino software that she downloaded from the internet because her system was running out of available disk space. She uninstalled the casino games and when she tried to access the internet later that day the computer would not connect. The error message "Computer doesn't detect modem" unable to connect. I believe she deleted the modem software. (Although, she denies it). Since the computer was a second hand computer from a garage sale...no software or information was included. Can you please HELP!!!! I can't stand the whinning and I am tired of her on my computer EVERYDAY! hee hee

Sincerely,

L. Flores

Hi,

Make sure you install the latest and greatest drivers for that particular modem that is in your sisters computer You will probably have to take off the cover of the computer to see what kind of modem is in her computer Download the drivers from the internet and put the drivers on a floppy disk, so you will have a copy of it, in case her

modem screws up again!!
