You might have missing keys in the registry

I lost the ability to click and drag...

I can drag the icon to the new location and when I release the button ...it goes back to it`s original position.

I have a logitech ball mouse.It worked fine before I added "clickart ,broderbund".

Second Question..How can I print in red or blue?

and try adding hkey_classes_root key.I'm sorry I can't answer your
