We are having problems when restarting our computer on power-up. It will not show the compaq logo and the drive does not seem to cycle up. I power it back off, disconnect the monitor, keyboard, and mouse and it starts nearly 70% of the time on the first try. If it fails on the first try it will ususally restart after another two or three tries. I reconnect the monitor, keyboard, and mouse and I am good to go. Any clue why this is happening?

Hi,

This sounds like there might be a problem with the power supply.

I would try a new power supply.
