Hi,
You can connect two computers togther using a cross over cable Make
sure your nic cards are the same, ex: (2) intel ether expess 10/100
PCI Nics.Make sure you enable the protocals netbeui and TCP/IP A protocal is rules and regulations that computers use to exchange information You need the TCP/IP protocal to exchange the info between the computers and for getting onto the internet Netbeui is a non routable protocal, but is needed in accessing resources (for ex: having the two computers being able to use the same HP printer) Also make sure you assign the two computers workgroup names.
