Go into display and go to settings

i am having a problem with the monitor where the screen is "stretched" vertically so that i can only view the icons if i move the screen up or down, this includes my "Start" button and task bar. I cant see the task bar unless i move the screen up.

you go start,settings,control panel,display and then go into settings In the setting section you should be able to change it to whatever you want.
