Msvbvm60.dll not found

Every time i re-boot, the start up displays the following error. missind file dll. msvbvm60.dll not found. It does not seem to mater or have a effect on operation. Does this need to be fixed, and how to.... In the field Video card, i don't know, so i just picked one.
