How do I merge several .mpg files into a longer file?

I remember seeing a link for a program on your tips list several years ago, however, I can't find it now.

Your assistance will be greatly appreciated.

There are many video editors which will accomplish this However, some will require you to convert file formats for full editing capabilities For MPEG1, MPEG2, avi and QuickTime video clips, the pick of the litter seems to be Nova Video Explosion Find a full review at http://www.internetvideomag.com/articles2002/NovaVideoExplosion.htm

Check the CD that came with your camcorder or video card, especially if you own a high end unit You might even already own a video editor.

Otherwise, navigate to Tucows.com.

Try a few searches, or try Tucows' Multimedia > Movie Editors section.

There are so many of these programs around, unless you are truly an enthusiast with high expectations, you might be able to download something that will get the job done.
