How do I get my quicklaunch icons back next to the "Start" button?

I somehow got my quicklaunch icons on the right side of my screen and and my windows on the "Start" buttton side. How do I get my quicklaunch icons back next to the "Start" button?

Left Click on whatever icon you want Hold down on the mouse and drag the icon to whatever side you want to put it.
