Why I can not open the attachments?

When I have e-mail with an attachment, I cannot open the attachment. When I try, it says that OE has blocked any questinable attachements. This happens to all attachments. What can I do to correct this?

You have to go to Keyword: Parental Control with a Master Screen Name Under edit Parental Control,Click the sccreen name to be change or editted click More Options on the top of the screen Then, click dowloading, Click the appropriate boxes to unblock downloading files Click save Then you will be able to download files.
