When you need to go back and change the settings?

I went into the settings and changed the refresh frequency from 60 to 200

Now the darn monitor just says "attention out of range" and I can't do anything about it!!

First thing you need to start in safe mode by preesing f5 or f8 then go back and change the frequency to 100, this should work.
