Why you need to call the company?

I have purchased an unused new Win 2000Pro OS from a company that went chap11. I have the 14 letter Cert. of Auth. that came affixed on the cd, but do not have the 25 letter code that the setup disk asks for when attempting to install the OS. It seems that the 25 letter comes affixed to the manuel and that is not available.

Is there anyway to get this 25 letter code or is there another way to load the OS ?

You have to get in touch with the Windows the company and explan what has happened.they are the only ones that can help you with this.
