Why you should by this video card?

My problem is associated with a new game I received ( Microsoft Combat Flight Simulator 3).

I meet all the requirements except for the video card. It requires 16MB. I need to know how to meet that requirement. My video card is an Intel Graphics Controller 5.0. If I do need a knew video card can you suggest one. Thank you.
