First I would like to say that I have talk to 3 other people from Earthlink

First I would like to say that I have talk to 3 other people from Earthlink support group and they can not help me. When I sign on to earthlink and my personal page starts to come on I get a message that says. Error:500, Location:/Index.jsp, Internal servlet error, and it also says java, lang. string index out of range.-1. My page never finishes and I can't get my email some times. If I do, and I go into it and it has a attachment the attachment information like a picture or something of that type doesn't come out right. It's letter and numbers. My main concern is. Does any-one know what the error message means. This way I can call earthlink support and tell them what it means and just may-be they can help me, If you can't It has been a week now and I haven't been able to work my computer the right way. Like it was working.

I'm not sure what the Error means, but you would want to try to update your browser See if that works.
