How to change the loging name?

I have this HP Pavilion that I want to give to my neighbor. It's 5 years old but I've soupped it up a little. It has windows 98SE and my question is, how do i change the LOGON name from my name to his name without reinstalling the OS?

If I give it to him as is, he has to live with my name popping up when he installs new software, etc.

go to start, settings and then control panel then click on users, a dialog box will appear then click on new user then wizrad will take you though the steps and when that is all done all you need to do is delete your name by ckick on it then press delete then restart you computer and your friends name should appear.
