Why can't I enter TWAIN driver?

Included with a no-name digital camera was a CD software item which lists manuals (pdf) and a TWAIN driver but the TWAIN will not enter even though I select it by checking the proper box.

The "Twain 32-bit data source manager" must be installedThe Twain driver needs the "olcamapi.dll" included with the Camedia software If the Camedia software already is installed on your computer, the installation program will try to locate and copy the file to the twain folder After the file has been copied and you have verified it works, you can remove the Camedia software if you want to If the installation program is unable to locate the file, you must copy it manually - the installation program will tell you where you must copy it to.
