I was given a polaroid digital camera for christmas. Trying to download the pictures is frustrating. I took camera, software and cords to work and everything works great in terms of accessing and communicating with the camera.

I have checked the com 1 port and it is hooked in correctly. I enabled com1 on the bios and in the win98 install hardware. The system check for com 1 (status) indicates no irq conflict and it is working properly. I have come to the end of ideas. Any input will be appreciated.
