My computer keeps restarting itself while I am trying to do simple normal every day tasks. It seems like it froze then it restarts to the black screen, runs scan disk, then will do the same thing all over again. Please help me..

Does the PC freeze at any particular moment or after installing a certain piece of software?
Check your PSU is powerful enough for the AMD CPU system, not all are Also check the CPU fan is operating normally, if this has stopped turning you will experience over heating.
PSU = Power Supply
If your computer is just freezing without giving an error message, or a blue screen error, then it's probably a heat problem RAM problems almost always generate an error.
To check for a heat problem take the cover, or a panel, off the computer and point a fan at the computer and turn it on and and start working with it If it still freezes up then you get to experience the joy of trying to figure out what is wrong If it doesn't freeze up then you just need to add an additional cooling fan to your computer (slot fans are cheap and work very well)
