I had a virus and ended up completely reformating my hard drive on the week end. I then installed a new virus (McAfee) program and started from scratch. Everything that I reinstalled has gone in smoothly and runs correctly but the Word Perfect program. It only installed about half way when a box came up telling me that an illeagle act had occured, etc. there was a wp1.8 at the top. the program would not complete installing. When I tried to uninstall it at the windows add/remove program it would start to remove it and the illeagle box comes up again.
I installed something else after that and it went in correctly. How do you remove a partically installed program when the add/remove program won't do it? Thanks, Elizabeth Johnston [email protected]

Disable your McAfee anti virus, then try installing Word Perfect again.
