I note you have an HP PC, by your profile The HP help site seems to think your recovery disks are bad It makes no sense to me, but there is a phone number to call: 208-323-4663

Here's a URL with all the details: http://forums.itrc.hp.com/cm/QuestionAnswer/1,,0x07fcf9beca68d511abcd0090277a778c,00.html

Cut and paste the entire URL into your browser, or else do a Google search using the term "cloker.exe can't be found" (without the quotes) According to the site, recovery disks can be reordered.

Noting all the letters I get which deal with issues connected to recovery disks, I really don't know why manufacturers insist on using such things
