Why my computer too slow?

problem: when i reboot my computer, it takes forever for the system to pick up my server again. if i touvh anything on the computer it just prolongs the problem..

problem: when i go to a url it says it cannot be displayed. this happens all the time.

Problem: i have trend p'cillin..it flashes on screen all the time and is vary annoying because you have to retype what it caused you to miss..

problem: when i do go to a webpage it might not be the one i typed in or clicked on..then it takes getting completely off the internet and sometimes rebooting to get straight..

problem: my computer is so slow..to do anything

things i have tried

sony replaced the motherboard.and hard drive ..ran bios dmi update,,ran system recovery...so they say..didn't help

i've gone to websites reccommended by pc world magazine and ran virus checkers and speed

tweaks

frustrated and fed up!!!

Deleting some files can help a little

Steps to delete Cookies :

Please click on START, select SETTINGS, then click on CONTROL PANEL Double click on the INTERNET (it may be shown as Internet Options) icon, then click on the SETTINGS button.

On the window that appears click on the VIEW FILES button Click on EDIT at the top of that window, then click on SELECT ALL Press the DELETE key on your keyboard, then click on YES to delete the cookies.

Steps to delete Cache :

Click on START, select Programs, select America Online, then click on AOL SYSTEM INFORMATION The AOL system information tool will open This will take a moment as the tool gathers information about your computer.

When the AOL System Information tool is open, click on the UTILITIES tab Click on CLEAR BROWSER CACHE until the Current Cache Size reads 0Kb Click on CLOSE.
