How to install a video card?

Can you give me instructions on how to install the video capture card, FireWire IEEE 1394? I've never installed a card.

first on the panel on the computer and look for the pci slot then touch the menat case to sischarge the electricity from your body the by holding the side of the chip insert the card never hold by the chips on the card then you have to close the computer and restart the computer a message will appear asking for the drivers then insert the disc in the tray then it will take you though the steps put it in drive D and preees ok then restart the computer and you will be done
