Pop Up Screen

When I go to the internet, and I am on a site, if a pop screen comes up, I get kicked off all the back to the desk top.

I get a message that says microsoft has encounter a problem, I transmit the problem,

what is wrong?

Try to download a pop up blocker, the problem comes from a bug in the pop up or webpage you were viewing.
