What can possibly be the problem

MY CANNON MULTIPASS 530 IS PRINTING WITH LINES IN THE WORDS .I WOULD LIKE

TO KNOW HOW TO CLEAN IT.I HAVE SEARCH THOUGH PROPERTIES CAN NOT FIND

THE RIGHT OPERATION TO CLEAN THE PRINTER.

You should check the drivers and make sure that its the correct ones, you may have a loose or damaged printer cable or damage to the printer or the printer port Check it thoroughly
