What is settings?

I am using AcDsee ver 5 and whenever I click on a picture file (jpeg) it opens it twice

if I minimize one of the windows the next file I open it only opens one window like it should

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program also set all options to default I still have the problem.... Click on a jpeg and it opens twice one window ontop of the other then I have to close each one down seperatly.

I have never used ACDESEE but I am sure there must be a problem in the settings Go to settings and make changes.
