When hitting control alt delete, cause a crash on the computer.

when i hit control alt del i have to many programs unning and i crash alot. i manually go in a end task, how cakn i remove these from automaticly running and which ones do i need to leave on? Thanks

If you should close any open windows, and then end the task properly By doing it the way you are doing it you are crashing your progams.
