I have a program that starts during the start-up time. It is called winkku.exe. I have been attempting to debug a startup problem that I am having. To this end I have disabled my programs that start during normal bootup of my system and enable them one at a time in order to determine if one of them is causing my problem.

When I disable the winkku.exe and restart the computer, it recreats itself from somewhere and now I have the "disabled" program along with the regular program. If I enable the disabled one, then one of them disappears so that only one is there at any one time. I have even gone into the registry and deleted the link to the program and then found the program and sent it to the recyle bin. When I restart the system, there it is as if nothing had happened. I have attempted to determine what the program is at various places but have not been successful. Do you have any idea what it is and what is it good for?

This is my second time to ask this question because I didn't hear anything the first time. I hope I will hear something this time. Thank you for any help you can give.

You can run mscofig, disable the program in your startup and make sure winkku.exe is not in your Start/Program/Startup If these does not work, winkku.exe might a virus so you might want to do a virus scan.
