Safely Purge

In the Temporary Internet folder is a folder named Content.IE5. Under this there are five additional folders (with weird names like"KLAFOL2N") each with more than 16, 000 files! Can I safely purge these temporary files to regain space on my hard drive?

Yes you can that should free up your hard drive if the computer finds something

it thinks you should not purge , it would ask you if you sure and then you'll know

that it might be some thing you need
