How do i get a new password for my e-mail account if i forgot my old password and i cant log in to my e-mail account?

I HAVE FORGOT MY E-MAIL PASSWORD AND I CANN'T ENTER IT NOW!!! THE IS A PLENTY OF NEEDFULL INFORMATION!!! PLEASE HELP ME!!!

What you should do is contact your your e-mail provider or when login in just type anything down as your password it will say incorrect password and ask you if you forgot your password click yes they will ask you for billing information to make sure you are the rightful owner of the e-mail account the nu will receive a new password
