WHEN IT IS TIME TO CALL THE SERVICE CENTER?

Ever since we had our modem service installed, our computer will automatically start up every four hours. There are no tasks scheduled to initiate this. It gets very annoying to hear that come on in the middle of the night. We have tried using both a nic card & usb port. the same thing happens using either connection.

IT IS BEST FOR YOU TO BRING BACK YOUR MODEM TO WHO EVER INSTALLED IT AND ASK THEM TO FIX IT, BEIGN THAT THEYWERE THE ONE TO INSTALL IT THEY MIGHT HAVE PLAYED WITH YOUR CONFIGUATION .
