How Can I Combat the Evils of Spyware?

There was an artical in the newspaper pertaining to UNDERCOVER SPYWEAR FIX SEARCH TOOL , It removes intruders, hijackers, and hackers. I am concerned. Please acknowledge by responding to this e-mail. Thank You.

Well, there is cause to be concerned, but don't panic just yet.

Before installing any downloadable utilities from the Internet, do a Google search on the files in question Use the name of the program along with the word "Spyware" as your search criteria Where there is Spyware, there will be someone to alert us common users to PC parasites.

Download a copy of AdAware from Lavasoft.com or from Tucows.com Run it to see if there are any Spyware programs running on your PC Remove the suggested programs, as many of these utilities can cause problems, aside from potentially watching and reporting every move you make on the Internet.

Another program that is becoming highly recommended is called PestPatrol Tucows has that one, also It's not 100 percent free, but with Spyware becoming so prevalent these days, it's important to remember, you get what you pay for.

Do a search on both AdAware and PestPatrol at Google.com Many reviews are available for both products.
