I tried to install the software for a PDA for a serial port. I realized, in order to do so, I had to download the Windows 95 Socket 2 Update. My problem is that I did not heed the warning that stated that I must insall the Dial-Up Networking upgrade prior to insalling Winsock2. I have the PDA software loaded, but unable to access my dial up internet connection.

Unsinstall the PDA winsock2and the pda software, then install the dial-up networking upgrade before reinstalling the pda sofware Hopefully that will resolve your situation.
