You probably can't uninstall the program because it's running all the time

Is there no command to shut the thing down? Is it loaded into your startup group? Can you avoid its implementation by starting your PC in Safe Mode? Does right-clicking the task bar icon reveal any options?

I'll be darned if I'm going to load the thing, potentially winding up in the same pickle you're in Does reinstalling it give you an uninstall option under your programs menu? Perhaps you deleted an uninstall icon See if there is an uninstall executable under the directory where the program installed itself in the first place

You'll have to get the thing out of memory before you can get rid of it, is my guess.

Otherwise, go to WWW.Genesoft.biz Note the use of the .biz domain, or else you will wind up in the website of a pharmaceutical company Click on the "contact" option, then write them a letter
