My icons whent black and look funny and I tried deleting the shelliconcache file but i said I have none. How do I fix it?

MY ICONS WENT BLACK AND LOOK FUNNY, I TRIED DELETING THE SHELLICONCACHE

FILE BUT THE COMPUTER SAID I HAVE NONE. HOW DO I FIX?

If you click on Start, Find, Files or Folders, and then type in the box for Name, ShellIconCache, and then click on Find Now, you can locate the file named "ShellIconCache" You can then delete the file You then click on Start, and Shutdown, and restart your computer This should resolve the problem Unless you already renamed it If you did you have to remember what you renamed it and the delete it.
