What is install anti virus protection?

In the upper right corner of my browser, where the minimize, restore and close icons are supposed to be, it is off center and there is now a question mark (help Icon) where the restore icon is supposed to be. Do I have a virus? if so how can i fix it?

Install an anti virus protection, perhaps maybe you do have a virus If you already have the software, update it.
