I can't run Msconfig. I get an error message saying one or more of the componates are missing. What can I do to run Msconfig.

You typed it in the Run command, right? Can you locate the file in the Windows\system folder? You should be able to extract it from your install CD or Cab install files (whichever you have) Using the Run command and type: sfc (system file checker), then for the name of the file type: msconfig.exe Point to the install CD/files and location to extract to is windows\system folder
