What is use another internet service?

I have been trying to access my bank account (on-line, obviously) through www.bankone.com with Internet Explorer 5.05 & 6.0. I can't figure out what securoity settings are wrong, and have tried EVERYTHING to correct the problem. I've triede setting all the security levels to a minimum and maximum, selected all the different encryption settings... and still nothing! I then tried removing IE from my computer and reinstalling it... of course, Windows doesn't like it when you try that! I've tried installing IE over itself and returning it to a previous version...UGH!

What am I missing?

I am presently using Netscape to view my account information, but BankOne's site isn't too friendly with it.

Help.

You may need to use a different software instead of Netscape and make sure you don't have any security restrictions.
