While this is my first bad experience with Internet commerce, I ordered a toaster oven from an outfit called simplerobots.com off of their website at www.simplerobots.com (of course). This was on 10/13/2002. They sent me an invoice and billed my Mastercard. The amount showed up on my next bill, which I paid. Subsequently, they sent me an email saying they were out of stock with no projected delivery time. You can see today's date and know it is way overdue. Moreover, attempts to contact their website now fail. Do I have any recourse?

Call your credit card company and tell them about the situation They should have at least a little information about the company you made the credit card transaction with So if you do get a phone number take it from there you have to be careful using your credit card online There are people who take your credit card number and information To be safe I would change my account number
