Where is my Bcc line?

How do I create the blind carbon copy line in my outgoing email in Outlook Express? I have a Carbon Copy line....and used to have a BCC line, but when I had my hard drive reformatted it was no longer there.

I looked into your problem and I used Outlook Express and Outlook Express 6 and in both I had to go to message on the tool bar in the inbox page and drop down and select recipient and that opened up a contact list on the left and a to: cc: and bcc: on the right so you select your options That was the only way I could've used that option, unlike in Outlook where you can go to options and select the bcc line and add to it your message box.
