I sometimes have sound and then a few days later have none. If my boyfriend goes in an plays with all the areas that he has no idea what he is doing, sometime by luck, he gets the sound back. But he never knows what he does to get it back, because he just gets lucky occasionally. I, on the other hand, am the main computer user and I must be doing something to get the sound removed. It has nothing to do with changing settings or turning the volume control up or down. This happens frequently. I can live without the sound but it would be nice to know why it keeps diasppearing and how to get it back - with a steip by step instruction! If you can help, I would greatly appreciate it. Thanks so much.
