why the files arent working?

I recently upgraded my AOL from 7.0 to 8.0, no problems. Then I downloaded and installed sp1 for xp and a driver that needed to be updated, now the aol .wav files are not working properly. The alerting messages are speeded up by about 5-10 times normal. Sounds like the Chipmonks are talking. Can you help?

All you need to do is uninstall the wav files and then reinstall.
