Why you might be having problem with your cd-rom?

I have a hard drive problems my Cd/Dvd drive doesn't work its like uninstall.I had checked the divice manager and on the name of my hard drive brand it appears an exclamation point with errors code 19 and code 41.Any help you can get me i will appreciated alot. Thanks

Check to see if you are using bus mastering drivers on compatiable system install the appropriate drives for the motherboard chipset and operating system, then check to see whether the cd-rom is set the slave to your hard disk ; move the cd-rom to the secondary control if possiable
